Bio:
Tim O'Brien has been doing social work in Oregon since 1989. He has been a therapist for 18 years and is now in private practice in Gladstone. He specializes in working with teens, families, parents, and substance abuse. He wrote a parenting curriculum called The Parent Empowerment Program which he has been teaching for the last 10 years.
