Phyllis Hines

Phyllis Hines graduated from the U of Wisconsin – Stout, with honors in Early Childhood Education. Her Master’s Degree is in Education with an Endorsement in Reading from the University of Portland. She qualified as a National Board Certified Teacher as an Early Childhood Generalist. Her 22-year career in Oregon City has been teaching kindergarten and first grade at Park Place Elementary, and mentoring student teachers, beginning teachers, and National Board Candidates. She is currently the Elementary Literacy Coach for Oregon City.
