Morgan Bulson

Bio:

Morgan started as a special education teacher in New York City. She taught at a New York City Public School for a year before moving on to teaching at Achievement First Charter School in Brooklyn, NY. While at Achievement First, she started a parent advocacy group where parents could learn more about special education and most importantly, learn from each other and support one another. She was sad to leave her beloved school and group of parents behind but had made a family decision to move to Portland, OR. Luckily, she found a new school with wonderful parents and a caring staff who are constantly striving to do what's best for kids. Morgan has been the ERC teacher at Holcomb Elementary for 3 years now and is happy to have the opportunity to start speaking to parents again about special education.
