 Our PTSO will be holding and evening dance for Gardiner's 7th and 8th grade students on Friday, February 19th from 6:00-8:00 p.m.  Admission for the dance will be $5.00 and a Gardiner student body card.  Bring extra money for pronto pups, curly fries and soda pop. 

Basketball Passing - Dribbling - Shooting Contest, Feb. 17th

Oregon City Optimist Club will be holding their annual Basketball Skills Contest Wednesday, February 17, 2010 at Oregon City High School Gym.  This contest is for students ages 8 through 13 years.  Contestants will compete against others of the same age only.  Application forms are available on the information rack just outside the front office.  Registration will be at 6:15 p.m. and competition at 6:30 p.m. 

Open House - February 18, 2010

Gardiner will be having an Open House for all 6th grade parents and students at 7:00 p.m. on February 18th.  Parents will meet in the gym where they will hear about classes, electives, activities and then tour the building.   Come and check out what 7th grade is all about.

Gardiner Middle School is partnering with Northwest Family Services to offer a series of classes for the whole family. The classes will be held on January 14, 21, 28, and February 11 from 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM in the library. Dinner and childcare will be provided as well as a lot of fun drawings and prizes.
Every adult participant will receive a $20 gift card from a variety of  vendors.

New After School Classes Start - Jan. 11, 2010

Students who were registered for after school activities prior to Winter Break must re-register.  Anyone is welcome to join, all classes are free!  Permission slips are located on the information rack just outside the main office. Clubs will meet after school from 3:30-5:00 p.m.  Students can ride the activity bus home if needed.

A gender specific girl's cooking and craft club.  We'll make (and eat!) really good food, super fun crafts and connect with other girls about the stresses andchallenges of middle school too.  Girls who would benefit from an extra positive female role model in their life are highly encouraged to join, anyone who loves cooking or would like to get better is definitely more than welcome too!
